The
history of the production of the KBX keys and paddles starts many
years ago. In fact the it started in 1969 when I was educated as a CW
operator by the Finnish air force. Very soon I became best of my class
and I never lost the interest in the morse code after.
The key I practiced on was an old World War II key. This formed the
base for my first own production key and many of them are still in use
throughout Finland.
Later I made the KBX-101 model which was also a big succes in Finland.
In 1988 and 1989 I visited the Friederichshafen ham convention. Many keys were sold there.
It became very quiet a few years later due to personal reasons. But I
never lost interest in CW and ham radio. So here we are back again with
a product better than ever!
